Bighead Wood and Designs was founded and created in 2020 by Jon Postawa and his wife and sidekick, Denise, during the pandemic.

What originally started as projects for friends and family, quickly became a fun creative outlet as well as a huge stress reliever. Jon was born and raised in Tacoma, WA where he met Denise. The two went on to have two beautiful children who also help in the family business! 

He is proud to have had the opportunity to work with DOVE Transplant in 2021 to donate a kidney to a US veteran. He still works closely with the non-profit to provide one-of-a-kind boards to the donors. Visit the page below for more information on the amazing work that DOVE does for our veterans.
